Just being a little sarcastic with the "hairy legs" comment... that said, I doubt my beer goggles will ever get that foggy.

All this talk about chicken nuggets are making me hungry so let's chill. What I want to know is - When will "Mr. Bubbles" be hauled in for questioning (under oath) about all his incompetence? Good name for him btw. I was thinking more along the lines of Alan "Ponzi" Greenspan. Let's start with freezing all of his accounts.

Why is it that everyone wants to know what the next Prez will do about all our problems? When the present Prez is only running out the clock in order to hand it all off to the next in charge. What's HE gonna do about it?

No longer will the 'little green men' utter the words "take me to your leader." (they'll just be wasting their time like the rest of us!)

One more thing...I agree that we need to practice a little population control around the world. I don't believe in abortion, just self-control & accountability. This world is out of control.....LET'S GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!

So yesterday chicken nuggets had to do with population control and today hairy legs have to do with better use of natural resources? Interesting. Keep them coming guys, I'm learning all kinds of new things...

By the way, Portland has a lot of great micros. Stop in somewhere and have a few and you might not care about the hairy legs anymore.

Tongue n' cheek "volunteer" comment of course... albeit a bit dark... but still, it's amazing to me how the "Big Population" crowd talks about "control" not only like it's desirable but somehow intertwined with claims of so-called social justice.

Yet, typical of the pro-statist flying circus they want others to pay for it and others to be subjected to it.

As far what "life in the middle ages" was like, it seems many people around the world are already experiencing it.

For example, yesterday I was in Portland OR and made eye contact with an attractive woman... only to look down and see that her legs were hairier than mine.

Better use of natural resources? Hmmmm.

i like your suggestion, calling for volunteers!!! had me laughing for minutes. there is no ideal population number. how could you determine it? but i agree 6 billion plus is too much, in light of the way natural resources are burned through, and wasted. 1 to 1.5 billion would be a better number, but no one has the right as i see it to advocate extermination of 4-5 billion people. so the solution lies in better use of our natural resources, that mean societies where relentless economic growth is not the preferred route. if not, generations not much removed from today will get first hand knowledge of what life during the middle ages was like.
